An aquaculture student checks catfish spawning cans.
- Class hours: 3-10:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday
- Facilities: Library, break room, two offices, two classrooms, two wetlabs, bathrooms with showers, multi-purpose room (contains two display tanks, a small shrimp hatchery, several aquiariums, artemia hatchery, broodstock tank for tilapia, mealworm box, toolroom,and a walk-in cooler, and one of the two display tanks has a hydroponic system. The back porch has several nursery tanks and a refrigerated tank for rainbow trout culture. The front porch has two garden ponds. There are 11 culture ponds and six wetlands ponds. Two greenhouses are under construction.

- Fish and Plant Species: Tilapia; albino and regular channel catfish; broodstock and growout fish; hybrid striped and largemouth bass; rainbow trout; bait minnows; koi carp; freshwater shrimp; several different species of aquatic plants; and tropical fish.
