Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College’s Perkinston Campus held its second annual 5K Zombie Run on October 30 at A.L. May Memorial Stadium. An estimated 225 runners were involved in the event, which included awards for best time for male and female runners, top three survivors, top three infected, and best costume.

The run, held in conjunction with the annual Haunted House at Harrison Hall, raised money for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, local families in need during the holiday season and the MGCCC Scholarship Fund.
