MGCCC Bulldog Club

National championship teams, legendary coaches, record-setting athletes and spectacular performances... get in a Blue and Gold state of mind and join the Bulldog Club.

Since September, 1912, when Gulf Coast began as a rural agricultural high school, it has built itself on progress, tradition and legacies. This is especially true in our sports and band programs.

For all the hard work and support we want to include you in our Bulldog Club. Join us today and continue your friendship with us. Your membership will make our athletes, our Band of Gold, our Perkettes and other cheerleaders even more vital to the college. Membership is open to anyone - former athletes, coaches, Band of Gold members, Perkettes, cheerleaders and Bulldog fans. Together you'll be the core of our sports program, celebrating with such events as annual homecoming, reunions and participating in Gulf Coast's Athletic Hall of Fame process.

Sounds like a big job for a member, but it's not. It simply lets you have a say-so in something we hope made a major impact on your life. Plus, you'll get benefits such as quarterly issues of the alumni magazine Action and the yearly Athletic Review.

What if I want to do more?

Bulldog Club members who want to increase their level of giving can become Bulldog Club Donors. Contributions of $100-$199 earn the "True Blue" level of recognition and a special Bulldog Club cap. Donations of $200-$499 earn the "Hearts of Gold" level of recognition and a special Bulldog Club polo-style shirt. Donations of $500-$999 earn the "Varsity Club" level of recognition and a MGCCC windbreaker. Donations of $1,000 or more earn the "Championship Circle" level of recognition and a MGCCC jacket. All contributions will be used to grant "wish-list" items for the Bulldog Club group of your choice.

Your financial support can provide funds for scholarships, equipment, travel and other items that will enhance the experiences of Gulf Coast athletes and the other student groups that rally for the teams.

Be a player in the Athletic Hall of Fame!

In 1999, Gulf Coast established the Athletic Hall of Fame. Five new members are inducted each year. From professional baseball players to one-of-a-kind coaches, the Athletic Hall of Fame is home to powerhouse sports. It's our best way to show appreciation for the many coaches and students who have left indelible marks on our sports history. With the Athletic Hall of Fame, which is coordinated by the Bulldog Club and the Alumni Association, shining sports stars will have a place to call their own, a place where they'll be remembered forever for their contributions.

What does it take to be an Athletic Hall of Famer? The criteria are simple: athletic accomplishment at Gulf Coast and beyond, support of the college after graduation, and consideration of character and leadership qualities. So if you know someone who is worthy of being included in this elite group, take a moment to submit your person via our Online Nomination Form.
