Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or Renewal Application may be completed online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. If you need assistance, you may contact a campus financial aid office.

Parents and students may now apply for a federal PIN number online! The PIN number can be used instead of the signature page when filling out the FAFSA. The PIN may also be used to make corrections to your FAFSA or to request duplicate Student Aid Reports. Visit www.PIN.ed.gov to request your PIN now!

In order for your FAFSA information to be released to MGCCC, you must list the school code for the campus you plan to attend:

Financial Aid Application Timeline

• December: Obtain a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) from a high school counselor or any MGCCC financial aid office.
• January 1: Begin completing the FAFSA or Renewal Application, the MGCCC Financial Aid Application, and the Alumni/Foundation Scholarship Application.
• April 1: Priority date for submitting the Alumni/Foundation Scholarship Application. Complete a “Summer School Request Form” (continuing students only)
• April 15: Priority date for submitting the “Summer School Request Form”
• June 1: Priority date for completing a financial aid file for the new academic year
• September 15: Final deadline for MTAG/MESG application
