honors 2005 Instructors of the Year
Family, friends and fellow co-workers
filled the Perkinston Campus cafeteria for the 35th annual
Alumni Spring Banquet on March 31 to celebrate the accomplishments
of instructors- Cecilia Frisbie, JC Campus; Wendell Smith,
WHCC; and Jason Ross, Perk. They were selected by students
and fellow instructors to be named 2005 Instructors of the
Year.

really don’t need introductions. They’re known
on almost every corner of their campus or office. The college
honored this year’s difference makers- Violet Lett,

unveils new advertising campaign
“My college. my choice.”
“My college. my career.” “My college. my
call.” These are the phrases at the heart of the college’s
new advertising and marketing campaign, which began in March.
The college’s new catch phrase, “my college,”
was born out of student research and comments. It will be
featured in billboards, television and radio throughout the
four-county district.
