instructor receives national certification
Mike
Madden, an adjunct real estate instructor at the Jackson County
Campus, has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member
(CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute. This nationally recognized
certification was awarded April 29 during the Institute’s
annual meeting in Charlotte, N.C.
The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals
upon completion of a graduate-level curriculum and attainment of
a level of qualifying experiences. CCIMs are recognized experts
in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management,
valuation and investment analysis.
Madden brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge into the classroom.
He has worked with Conrad Martin Real Estate for more than nine
years brokering ranches, development land, multi-family housing,
commercial and industrial holdings to local, national, and international
clientele. He is also well-respected in the local industry for producing
capable and qualified students from his classes.
Madden, a former U.S. Air Force navigator and contracts officer,
holds an MBA from the University of Southern Mississippi and a master’s
in international management from Thunderbird.
