Bush urges MGCCC graduates to continue their resolve

In a history-making event, President George W. Bush delivered the commencement address at graduation ceremonies for Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College on May 11 at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center in Biloxi. It was the first time a sitting president delivered a commencement address at a community college.
