JC’s Angie Bridges to receive doctorate

Angie Bridges will receive her doctorate in Community College Leadership with a minor in psychology during Mississippi State University’s commencement ceremonies on May 8. Bridges wears several hats at the JC Campus. She is a coordinator at the Learning Resource Center, an online proctor and an adjunct psychology instructor.

Her degree required 100 graduate credits and included such courses as rural sociology, regional economics, psychology, statistics and a 123-page dissertation about the factors that influence the selection of female administration in community colleges and universities.
