A $97.5 million blueprint of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College’s short and long-term needs was presented today to the Board of Trustees and community leaders. The in-depth “Needs and Assessment Report” was prepared over the last six months by noted higher educational consultant Dr. Ed Hartsell.
