Meet the Teams attracts Bulldog fans

More than 200 Bulldog fans got the chance to know this year’s football and soccer players at annual Meet the Teams. This pre-season college tradition was Aug. 26 at A.L. May Memorial Stadium on the college’s Perkinston Campus.

This year’s Meet the Teams featured scouting reports on both the football and soccer teams and entertainment from the Band of Gold, cheerleaders and the Perkettes Dance Team.

One of the highlights of this year’s event was the introduction of new head football coach Steve Campbell. Campbell will talk to fans about the upcoming season and introduce the players making up this year’s team. Bulldog fans got their first chance to see improvements to the stadium’s grass field.
