Intercollegiate and intramural athletics, drama productions, musical
performances, Club Day, Spring Fever Week, Oktober Fest...just a few samples of
what you can do in your spare time at Gulf Coast.
Perhaps the Skills USA (VICA) or the Horticulture Club fits your
interests and your major. Or maybe you're a little more dramatic and want a
leading role in a campus theatre production. Would you like to sponsor campus
events like Homecoming Week and handle issues that directly affect the student
body? Student government may be your answer. Are you creative? Join the
newspaper or annual staff.
If you're into sports, you can catch exciting Gulf Coast action September through
May. Take in a Saturday night football game in October or an afternoon
tennis match in May, and you'll see why outstanding talent from our four-county
district and beyond has led us to numerous division, state, regional and
national championships. Our athletic program fields eleven intercollegiate
teams; including football; men's and women's basketball; baseball; women's
softball; men's and women's soccer; men's and women's tennis; and golf.
