Accountability

Workforce training and development efforts must comply with fiscal accountability and programmatic performance measures to address job retention, job placement and earnings gains. Annual monitoring visits by the State Board for Community and Junior Colleges provide the checks and balances regarding training activities and expenditure of funds.
