Hybrid/Web-Enhanced Course Copy Request

MGCCC INSTRUCTOR USE ONLY

Please complete the following information for course content that needs to be copied from the hybrid/web-enhanced D2L server (http://myclassroom.mgccc.edu) to the MSVCC D2L server (http://msvcc.desire2learn.com) where, beginning with Spring 2010, all online, hybrid, and web-enhanced courses will be housed.

*To locate the D2L Course Offering Code follow these steps:

1. Login to http://myclassroom.mgccc.edu
2. Click the course link to enter the course
3. Click Edit Course (top right hand side of the page on the navigation bar)
4. The Course Offering Code and Course Name are located directly under the Course Administration heading

   Example: ENG1113-22 - ENG 1113 - English Composition I - Bosarge
   In this example, ENG1113-22 is the D2L Course Offering Code

**This process will only need to be once for each course shell you use in order to get the content moved from one server to the next. After all course content has been copied from the local server to the MSVCC server, content will automatically be copied from course to course each semester.

***It is no longer necessary to complete shell and load requests.
