Click the following link to open your MGCCC Student Email Account. Once the page loads, scroll down to enter your username and password.

Go to www.mgccc.edu
Note: If you do not know your primary pin number, the third sentence above the log in area states, “If you do not know your PIN or need assistance obtaining one, please visit our Primary PIN and GCID Retrieval page.” Enter your SSN and birth date and click Submit. The system will provide you with your GCID and PIN.
(To continue and get into web services, click EXIT on the top right side of the screen, click Return to Homepage, then Enter Secure Area)
**For additional assistance with finding your pin number, or getting into web services, please visit Admissions or the Career Center at the campus where you registered.
• In Web Services, Click Personal Information
• Click Retrieve Student Email and D2L/Blackboard Logon Information
• Write down the username (example: bmatth1@student.mgccc.edu and password
• Exit Web Services and return to the college home page: www.mgccc.edu
• Click on the link for Student Email (very top of page across from MGCCC Logo)
• Type in your User ID (example:bmatth1) and Password
• Click Login
• Click Inbox
Locate your PIN and Student ID:
To check your student profile you should use the last four digits of your GCID rather than the last four of your SSN. To find out what your student ID is, please follow the instructions below:
- Go to http://www.mgccc.edu
- Click web services (top right-hand corner)
- Click Enter Secure Area
- Click "Primary PIN and GCID Retrieval (third sentence down)
- Type SSN & Date of Birth
This screen will provide you with BOTH your PIN # and your STUDENT ID. Use the STUDENT ID and PIN number to access email account information, grades, etc.
