Just getting outdoors can make you a more environmentally conscious person. It could even make you a more confident leader. What you’ll fi nd at the Estuarine Education Center (EEC) is a place you’ll want to visit time and again.
The EEC provides a great service to the community, giving residents and visitors tourism opportunities, including birding, photography and paddling. School groups also visit the center where they get exposure to outdoor learning and leadership skills. Recreational activities include outdoor exploration and fi tness opportunities on the water, trails and ropes course. Surrounding bodies of water allow students to explore and expand their knowledge of nature and how to preserve it.
Be sure to include the EEC on your favorite-destinations list.
