Our career/technical programs include the following: Cosmetology, Electric Lineman Training, Nursing and Medical Assisting Technology—but that’s not all!
If you are a traditional or non-traditional student, you can easily obtain an Associate’s Degree with flexible scheduling through the day, evening, or weekend academic programs. Additionally, if you are interested in Adult Basic Education/GED classes, these are offered at convenient times with minimal cost, and GED test are given monthly. Continuing Education and/or special interest classes are offered on demand as well.
Are you an outgoing person who likes to be involved? At the George County Center, there are so many ways for you to get involved, including SkillsUSA , Reflections Team, BSU (Baptist Student Union), and Phi Theta Kappa. Each year, many of these groups bring home district, state, and even national awards from competitions – which also offer possible scholarship opportunities.
