Planning Process
The Planning Process for MGCCC is a planning model strongly rooted in assessment of expected outcomes. MGCCC planning is an annual process which correlates unit purpose and effectiveness with budget needs and improvements. Because of strong ties to budget resources, all educational, administrative, and service units participate in the planning process.
The President oversees the planning process through resources and recommendations provided by governance councils and planning units. The President and Board of Trustees guide the planning process through an annual Strategic Plan. The Strategic Plan is comprised of the Institutional Mission, Vision, Values and Strategic Initiatives.
All unit plans connect to the College Strategic Plan in many diverse ways.
