Registration Information

Registration

PREREGISTRATION - Currently enrolled students may preregister using Web Services. Contact your faculty adviser for PIN numbers and assistance with course selection. Web Services will be available for registration until classes begin. Former and transfer students should contact the Admissions Office at the campus of their choice for preregistration information and information about updating admission files.

New students who have completed admissions requirements can preregister after attending an orientation session. Contact the Admissions Office at your campus or center for more information or to arrange an appointment.

ORIENTATION - All new, first-time college students will participate in orientation during the summer. Entering freshmen who have completed admissions requirements will be given priority. The Admissions Office will notify you of your orientation date and time.

New students should plan to be on campus for a full day of activities during orientation, which includes an overview of general college policies, procedures and guidelines, assessment testing (if needed), advisement, and registration. The assessment process is to ensure that students are placed in the appropriate college course levels. Students who have not provided scores from the American College Test (ACT) will be administered placement examinations in English, reading and mathematics.

As class sections close, additional sections may be opened as enrollment warrants. Classes with an insufficient number of students may be cancelled. Instructional deans reserve the right to alter, change or delete courses from this schedule as needed or required.

FEE PAYMENT - To secure classes, students must make a payment or payment arrangements with the campus Business Office at the time of registration. If payment is not made by the deadline, classes will be removed.

For registration and fee payment deadline information please refer to the calendar.
