Instruction

The values of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College represent the objects, conditions, and characteristics that all employees of the institution consider important and valuable.

The purpose of the Office of the Vice President of Instruction and Student Services is to facilitate, coordinate and direct activities for academic, career and technical instruction and provide executive leadership for all areas of student services throughout the college. The Office also directs and manages the activities of professional development, title III, and institutional effectiveness.

The Vice President of Instruction and Student Services provides centralized leadership to ensure the integrity and excellence of education programs, support the faculty's teaching and scholarship, and promotes the highest standards for student satisfaction of services related to enrollment, financial assistance, student development, and student life.
