Above: A 1977 representation of the three MGCCC campuses is being used to indicate the 1965 transition from a single campus to the first multi-campus community college in the state. While the institution is over 100 years old, the college is celebrating the 50-year anniversary of the two coast campuses this year.
Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College will hold its annual Homecoming October 22-24. The celebration will culminate on Homecoming Day, October 24, with the Bulldogs playing the Itawamba Community College Indians at 3:30 p.m. at A.L. May Memorial Stadium on the Perkinston Campus.
