MGCCC engages in the careful recording of minutes for all college governance councils. Council minutes are concise descriptions of topic discussions, actions or decisions related to a written agenda. Minutes are drafted and distributed through council chairpersons. If the members of the council agree that the written minutes accurately reflect the meeting, then they are approved. This website is the official repository for approved college council minutes.
