GC Center Secondary Students Win At State Competitions

Secondary Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) members from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College’s George County Center traveled to the HOSA State Leadership Conference in April. Students had to pass a written test to advance to the skill competitions, and all the members competing advanced. The group won several competitions, including three first-place awards. The first-place winners traveled to Nashville, Tenn., in June for the National HOSA Leadership Conference.
