Planning

The MGCCC planning model is strongly rooted in assessment of expected outcomes. MGCCC planning is an annual process which correlates unit purpose and effectiveness with budget needs and improvements. Because of strong ties to budget resources, all educational, administrative, and service units participate in the planning process. The Planning Council, College President and Board of Trustees guide the planning process through an annual Strategic Plan.
