Student Grievance Procedures The student grievance procedures are located in the student handbook under STATEMENT NO. 242-03. Students have a right to appeal any college decision which they believe to have an adverse effect on their pursuit of an education or participation in college programs. The general grievance procedure applies to all student complaints. Specific procedures for student appeals of faculty decisions are found following the general grievance procedure. Beginning in January 2007, D2L will be used for all hybrid and web-enhanced courses at MGCCC.
