Enter your course in Blackboard.

Click on the “Control Panel” button.

Click on the “List / Modify Users”
link under User Management.

Click the “Search” button to display a
list of all users, or enter the name of the user and then click the “Search”
button.

Scroll down to “4. Role and Availability”.

In the “Available (this course only)”
drop down list, select “No”.

Click the Submit button in the bottom right
corner of the screen.
NOTE:
If you want validation the action was successful, go to “List / Modify Users”,
then click the “Search” button and note that the user’s role is grayed out and
the slashed circle before the user’s role.
