CONTACT INFORMATION How do I contact my online instructor? Instructor contact information is located in your MSVCC Student Profile. To access your student profile, click here. Please remember to select the college where you are registered and the correct semester. It is NOT NECESSARY to login to Blackboard or Desire2Learn to get your instructor's contact information. Please remember that if you login to your class, you are counted as having attended and will be responsible for paying for the course. How do I contact Technical Support? If you forget your password or need additional technical assistance with your online courses, contact MSVCC Technical Support 24 hours a day at 1-866-361-8969 or click here to visit their website. You may also contact MGCCC's technical support at student.techsupport@mgccc.edu, or call 228-897-3863 for assistance. Be advised that MGCCC technical support operates from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday. For course specific information, please contact your instructor. To provide the best service possible, please provide the information outlined below when contacting your instructor and/or technical support:
Whom do I contact to schedule a proctored test? The directions to set up a proctored test can be found by logging into your course and clicking the “Enrolled Students” link located on the left side of the screen in the MSVCC Links box. Click on the “Proctored List” link to obtain a listing of all test proctors within the MSVCC. How do I contact distance Learning? Click Contact Us at the bottom of the distance learning web site for more information on how to reach MGCCC distance learning staff. How do I change my contact information? All MGCCC students are required to use their official college email address for online classes. Click here for information on the student email system. If you notice that other personal information is incorrect, please email Distance Learning or call the Distance Learning office at 228-897-3863 or 228-897-3742.
