The Electronics Technology
Program at MGCCC's Jackson County and Jefferson Davis campuses offers the courses
and instruction necessary for a student to become a competent electronic technician.
The program prepares individuals to support electrical engineers and other professionals
in the design, development and testing of electrical circuits, devices and systems.
Included is instruction in model and prototype development and testing; systems
analysis and integration, including design, development of corrective and preventive
maintenance techniques; application of engineering data; and the preparation
of reports and test results. Graduates of this two-year program are prepared
for entry-level employment into any area in the vast field of electronics.
Expand your opportunities! Dual Track
your education. Enroll in both the Electronics Technology Program and the
Telecommunications Technology Program. Earn two associate degrees at the
same time with only six additional hours of credit! Call or email for more
