| Our Mission: | |
| The mission of the Mathematics and Computer Science Department is to
provide quality instruction that will give students the fundamentals in
the disciplines offered by the department, exposure to real life
applications, and an introduction to the technology of a rapidly changing
world.

In carrying out its mission, the department will prepare students who are seeking baccalaureate degrees so that they may successfully continue their education at any four-year institution. In addition, the department will help provide mathematical and computer skills to those students seeking immediate employment. 1/19/00 |
