ACADEMIC INTEGRITY

The College has the responsibility for maintaining academic integrity so as to protect the quality of education on our campus. It is the responsibility of the student to refrain from violations of academic integrity, from conduct that may lead to suspicion of such violations, and from conduct that assists others in such violations. It is the responsibility of the instructor to establish and maintain a classroom environment that supports academic integrity.

Desperation leads to poor decision making. Do not allow yourself to reach a point of desperation in a course or to think the risks of cheating are worth it. If you need some help in a course, seek assistance from your instructor or learning resource center staff. At its core, academic integrity requires honesty and a good work ethic.
