LPN-TO-RN Transition Course

TRANSITION COURSE (NUR 1116):

The LPN-to-RN Transition Course (NUR 1116) is a specially designed six credit hour course that includes aspects of the bypassed Associate Degree Nursing courses. The Transition course must be successfully completed during the summer before entering NUR 2310 in the fall or spring semesters. Students can be admitted to NUR 1116 only one (l) time. If unsuccessful in NUR 1116, the applicant may apply to the generic ADN program.
