PROOF OF RESIDENCY

Because admission priority is given according to residency, applicants to the ADN program must provide proof of residency. Three of the following five documents must be submitted to the Director of Admissions or designee to determine your residency: Driver’s License (must be one of the documents); Voter Registration; Vehicle Registration; Tax Forms; or a house note, utility bill, rent agreement & receipts (only one in this last category is allowed). A copy of your Driver’s license must accompany your ADN Application.
