♦ Survey Research – The IEPR Office utilizes Qualtrics and ClassClimate as their primary software for collecting survey research data. The research office is responsible for constructing and administering surveys to students, employees and community partners throughout the academic year. To request for the IERP staff to construct and administer a new survey, complete the online Survey Request Form. Requests will be reviewed and processed in the order in which they are received. A sample of surveys that are administered at MGCCC are listed below.

♦ Employee Access to Qualtrics – Those employees that have been setup in Qualtrics can login by following this link and entering their credentials, Qualtrics Login. To participate in live training webinars and learn about new features of the software navigate to Qualtrics Support.
♦ External Requests to Conduct Research at MGCCC – Internal and external researchers who wish to conduct research at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College must submit a Mississippi Association of Community and Junior College Research Application and receive approval from the Council of Institutional Research and Effectiveness subcommittee. Approved research projects will be forwarded to the MGCCC IERP Office for formal review and consideration. The IERP Office will request an approved IRB contract from researcher, a copy of all study materials and supporting documentation. Requests will be reviewed in the order in which they are received.
If the project is approved, the researchers will be asked to supply the IERP Office with a copy of the results upon completion of the study.
