Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College’s Jefferson Davis Campus Fine Arts Gallery will host the Mississippi Art Colony traveling exhibit. The exhibit will run from February 2-March 2. There will be a closing reception on Thursday, March 2, from noon -1 p.m.

The artists featured in the exhibit are Keith Alford, Pat Abernathy, Billie Bourgeois, Elke Briuer, Sherry Carlson, Denise Dengler, Beverly Dennis, Paulette Dove, Sandra Halat, Randy Jolly, Ruthie Komar, Andrea Kostyal, Judy MacInnis, Patt Odom, Cissy Quinn, Susie Ranagar, Norma Seward, Richard Stephens, Susan Stevens and Jamie Tate.

The Mississippi Art Colony is a gifted group of artists working together with an intensity that easily produces masterworks. The art colony is another one of Mississippi’s secret treasures.
