Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College Jefferson Davis Campus announced the winners of its annual Student Art Exhibition and Competition at a reception on Thursday, April 21.

The exhibit was judged by well-known local artist and Jefferson Davis Campus alumnus Elizabeth Huffmaster.

“There is a lot of fantastic work in this room,” Huffmaster said of the exhibit. “A lot of passion and creative spirit.”

The exhibit continues through April 29. Gallery hours are Monday- Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The Jefferson Davis Campus is located at 2226 Switzer Road in Gulfport.  The art gallery is located in the Fine Arts building, building D.
